This unique accommodation is located right in the center of Sóller. The historic town house from 1902 leaves nothing to be desired. With its Mallorcan charm, it is stylishly yet modernly furnished. It extends over 3 ½ floors and offers plenty of individual space to sit together, have lively conversations or relax alone.

On the second floor is the open kitchen, which invites you to cook together, and in the adjoining dining room you can dine separately at a glamorous table. The large living room with wood-burning stove opens onto the pool terrace and large garden, which offers views of the Puig Major. The nearby St. Bartolomeu church can also be seen from here.

On the 2nd floor there are 3 double bedrooms, the master bedroom with open bathroom, free-standing bathtub and separate toilet en suite. On the third floor there are two further bedrooms and a lounge, which invites you to linger together, especially in the evenings.

The accommodation is equipped with central heating and air conditioning in case it gets a bit chilly in spring or winter.

The large pool with salt water purification system (no extra chemical chlorination) leaves nothing to be desired! It is equipped with a whirlpool, waterfall and counter-current system. The pool terrace offers various areas to relax. An extra lounge, large dining table, Malaysian-style daybed and whirlpool.

The garden is lushly planted and consists of various fruit trees, which allow you to snack on the fruits of Mallorca depending on the season. Another highlight is that the historic wooden streetcar of Sóller runs right past the back of the property.

Parking is available on the private enclosed plot. Up to 4 cars.
