The apartment is located on the 1st floor in the town center of Sóller. It is modern and stylishly furnished but still has its Mallorcan charm. The large living room with views over the gardens to the Puig Major invites you to relax. The two double bedrooms and a further room with a single bed or pull-out double bed and desk support this.
The apartment has two bathrooms with a walk-in shower and bidet. Two balconies allow one to watch the hustle and bustle on the street and the other to enjoy a quieter time-out with a distant view. This balcony is also equipped with a dining table and allows you to enjoy the hours outside. The accommodation is equipped with central heating and air conditioning in case it gets a little chilly in spring or winter.
There is no free parking in front of the door, but on the main street
The entire house was completely renovated in 2020 and 2021 and meets the highest standards. The location offers walking distance of 5 bus 10 minutes to the central square of Sóller as well as to supermarkets. The bus station is also less than 10 minutes away.
