Rey Herodes, Sóller, our new development
Rey Herodes is an exceptional townhouse in the village centre of Sóller, combining historic character with contemporary architecture and state-of-the-art technology. At the heart of the home is a dramatic double-height entrance hall with open-plan kitchen and dining area, leading to a generous living room with exposed roof structure. Five bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, provide comfortable space for family and guests. A truly unique feature is the pool integrated into the former historic water depot, complemented by generous terrace areas. Two garage spaces, a lift, natural stone façade, underfloor heating, air conditioning and a photovoltaic system underline the high standard of this project. The structural works are completed, with handover planned for Q4 2026 – at this stage, there is still the opportunity to influence interior finishes and details.

Beneides Fornalutx 2026
Last Sunday, we attended the Beneïdes in Fornalutx – and it was truly spectacular. Our horse Sven took part in the traditional parade, ridden by Jennifer, who guided him through the colourful hustle and bustle with great heart and calm.
The Beneïdes in Fornalutx are a wonderful example of living tradition: animals, riders, music and village life come together here in a special way. For us, it is something very special not just to watch, but to be part of this moment ourselves with Sven and Jennifer.
If you would like to experience such festivals during your stay in Sóller and the surrounding area, we will be happy to give you tips on which events are currently taking place in the surrounding villages.

Excursion with our guests
On Holy Saturday, we went on a hiking trip through the Tramontana with our lovely guests from the Muleta and es Faro apartments. We covered a 20 km route and had a barbecue on our olivar for refreshment. Especially at this time of year, the temperatures are still pleasant and you can marvel at the splendor of the flowers in the Tramontana.
