We always endeavour to resolve any differences of opinion with our clients amicably. To this end, in appropriate cases and subject to the necessary consent of our liability insurer, we participate in arbitration proceedings before the expert arbitration committee of the Berlin Chamber of Construction (www.baukammer-berlin.de), but not before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the VSBG.
Liability for content
